I really like a lot of the sounds in this one. The middle part sounds a lot like Doctor Mario. I used a lot of synthesizers and stuff like that. I did what I was supposed to, it's not that special. I have two basses going, a drumloop and a guitar. The effects used were reverb, flanger, stereo enhancer, phaser and delay.

All right, so I re-did this one too... It doesn't even sound like the original at all o.O.. Anyway, I used A LOT of effects let me tell you. I used reverb, like on the snare drum, and the tom, flanger on the basses, phaser on the kick drums, delay on the hihat and the other tom, a soft clipper and also a panOmatic. Well, here it is: New and improved

Project two

So, this is a short bass line but, it got the project done. I went for a kind of more techno-y music thing again... Uh, this vocals interested me... Everytime I was thinking of something to do for a bass line, I thought of Dir En Grey's Cage. Toshiya, the bassist, is insane. I love listening to the bass solo in it and it inspired me to try to make something that other people would enjoy listening to. Although, I am a pessimist and I do not think that I like this bass line very much....
What I did was go through all the sounds that I could put into the line and decided which I wanted in the line... I went through options of basses on the FL Studio website. I came down to Bracken, Tough Bastard, and Xistential. I added a little bit of drumming and some vocals. I added little effects to make the bass stand out more.

All right, so, in taking some advice and using my old bass line as my intro, here is the outcome of the new and improved bass line.

Project one

So, this was an ill-inspired drumloop that I did for music tech.... Actually, I can't even think of what made me make it. The drumloop is inside of this mess of music somewhere, you just have to listen closely. So, technically I completed the assignment...... Just added some stuff :)

-Editted after school-

So, the bell rang while I was in the middle of describing my lovely little tune. Uhm.... I am supposed to describe how I did it I believe? Correct? If not, oh well..... Read some lovely ideas on how I create this empire of lean-mean-killing..... uh..... beats......

Okay, so... I created the drumbeat and I was a stickler about it just being a drumbeat... Who really wants to listen to just a drumbeat? So, I was sitting there, doing work.

So, I did this drum beat that was just plain BOOOOORING.... So, I added some cool effects after I took my sweeeeeet timeThe beat has a bunch of effects, little drum beats.. Three different sets and one fill pattern. That's basically it.
